What we collect, and what we do with it.
Effective October 2026. MR Framework LLC, Rochester, NY.
MR Framework LLC ("we") runs www.mr-framework.com. This policy covers the information you give us through this site and how we use it. Questions go to terry@mr-framework.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter and downloads: your first name, work email, and, if you give them, your company and the role you choose.
- Scoping call requests: your name, work email, company, role, and your answers about the research you need.
- Purchases: your name, email, company, and billing details. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store them.
We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To send the newsletter or resource you asked for, and occasional updates about new MR Framework kits and guides.
- To prepare for and follow up on a scoping call you requested.
- To deliver what you bought, send receipts, and keep business records.
We only email you marketing if you opted in, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent your information.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers to run the site: Mailchimp (email newsletter), Formspree (scoping call form), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (website hosting). They handle your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Newsletter details stay until you unsubscribe. Scoping call details are kept for up to two years so we can follow up on the conversation. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing terry@mr-framework.com. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on your consent for marketing email and on our legitimate interest in responding to requests you make, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
